In game physical appearance change
Short to the point, but why not have an in game option (such as a hair stylist) where we can change certain features of our characters for so much money?
The reasoning behind this idea is that I have a level 20 Ele who has the wrong hair, hair color and height. But because of her age and titles, I'm obviously extremely hesitent to remake the character. So, why not throw in a great feature to change those mistakes? I'm willing to pay a couple platinum to change her height so she isn't the Jolly Green Giant anymore. |

This has been suggested so many times before, even by me, and there are rumors Anet is working on it. Can't make any guarantee it'll be implemented but if it is, it'll probably be just for hair style and color only.
They didn't have much in the way of plastic surgery in the medieval ages, so no face or height changes. |

I also think that only hair style change and color should be implemented.
Height, Face and Skin color changes are just too much... |

I think wieght changes should be included with the creation of a character also, maybe like the anarchy weight system ( those who have played Anarchy Online will know :P )
This has probably already bin suggested so yano
